Research: Exercise Reduces your Risk of Dementia by 90%

A recent study revealed that high- level cardiovascular physical fitness in middle – aged women was linked to a 90% reduction in their risk of developing dementia.  Not only did the study show a coorelation between physical fitness and a reduction in risk of developing dementia, it also showed that if a physical fit woman were to develop dementia, the onset of the disease would occur 11 years later than those who were not physical fit! If this isn’t motivation to get your cardio in today I dont know what is.
