Don’t let exercise by a chore, keep it fun and exciting! When it comes to exercising there are many different ways to fit it in your schedule whether you believe me or not. My secret is planning. Planning makes all the difference. Planning takes away the chore of having to find time at the end of your day and makes it part of your routine on a weekly basis. Here are a couple ways to help you exercise each week:

Making Exercise a Habit:

  • Set a time
  • Send yourself a reminder (put it on your calendar)
  • Start small
  • Make it fun
  • Lay out all your gear the night before
  • Mix it up
  • Get outdoors!
  • Bring you furry friend with you (he will thank you just as much as your body will thank you!)
